Popular formats: what to choose for your team

A cooking class is a good option if the team has people with different physical abilities. All participants are equally involved: cutting, mixing, tasting, competing and in the end getting a common result. Bike quest in Hoi An is suitable for those who want dynamics and an urban atmosphere. Old Hoi An, bridges, narrow streets, Thu Bon River embankment and local points provide many scenarios for tasks. A day at Ba Na Hills is worth taking when you need a strong visual background and a “one location, many impressions” format. The cable car, panoramas, cooler than on the coast, the Golden Bridge, walks around the territory - all this works well in scenarios where the team’s emotions and photographs are important for the company’s internal communication.

A regatta or aquatic format is appropriate if the team enjoys competition and you want to add excitement. We evaluate the season, weather and safety in advance so as not to overload the program. Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge provide a different type of impression - a view, a little more solemn and “eventful”. The Marble Mountains are suitable for connecting with the cultural part of the route. The Son Tra Peninsula and the road to it are good for groups that value panoramas and travel outside the urban area. If you have a free day, you can consider a connection with Hue or Hai Van Pass, but this is already the format of a longer program.

How much does team building cost and what is included in the budget?
